acceptance of terms
your access to and use of the yog bar (the "website") is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. you will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms and conditions. by using the website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. if you do not accept these terms and conditions you must immediately stop using the website.
advice
the contents of the website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.
changes to website
the yog bar reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that the yog bar shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and change these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
registration
each customer must provide the following information to register with us or place an order with us: full name; email address; mobile number; and full delivery address including postcode. each customer must complete full payment information by providing details of a uk debit or credit card to complete the order.
each customer who creates an account ("account|) will be provided with login details including a usernamae ("username") and password ("password"). unless, and until you tell us otherwise, we will assume that any person using your account is authorised to do so on your behalf. each customer must be at least 16 years of age. school orders must be placed by sixth formers only. heads of year may call the yog bar limited to confirm orders or to discuss any order issues they may have, or on behalf of a student.
placing an order
when you place an order through our website, a text message confirming your order will be sent to the mobile number you provide during registration. the contract for the supply of any frozen yogurt or any other product for sale on the yog bar limited website which you order through the website will be between you and the yog bar limited. please ensure that you have given us a correct mobile number as this is how we will communicate with you about your order.
please also ensure that you provide an accurate address, postcode and mobile number to ensure that your frozen yogurt or any other product ordered from our website arrives to the correct location. if you do not open the door or respond to telephone correspondence within 10 minutes of our delivery drivers arriving at your address, we reserve the right to leave the premises, and you will be charged for the frozen yogurt or any other product you have ordered.
the yog bar limited aims to provide the best quality in service and products, and we will be the first to contact you should a problem arise with food quality and/or temperature, or any other problem which may delay or cancel your order. once your order has been placed you have committed to purchasing the products you have ordered and we reserve the right to collect all monies owed once the order has been received.
frozen yogurt & toppings
all frozen yogurt flavours are subject to availability. in the event of a certain flavour not being available, alternative flavours will be offered. the yog bar limited uses nuts on the premises when the frozen yogurt and any other products are prepared. please call the yog bar limited prior to placing your order if you have an allergy or require something specific. all toppings are subject to availability. in the event of a certain topping not being available, alternative toppings will be offered.
delivery service
our aim is to provide the best and fastest delivery service possible. unfortunately this cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, adverse weather conditions, during busy periods or in high season. all orders will receive a confirmation text when their order is out for delivery. in the event of a delay of 15 minutes or more, the yog bar limited will be in contact to notify of any delays and to confirm the exact delivery time.
due to the nature of the product, the yog bar limited will not be held liable if a frozen yogurt or any other product from the the yog bar limited arrives melted. the yog bar limited has processes in place to avoid melting of products and will adhere to these to make sure the frozen yogurt or any other product is always delivered to a satisfactory level.
returns and refunds
should you be unhappy with your purchase, a full refund will be offered if we are notified within 1 hour of receiving a local delivery, within 48 hours of receiving a nationwide delivery, and if the request meets our refund guidelines.
we reserve the right refuse a full refund should we feel the service requirements have been met, the product was not faulty and customer service was delivered to our high expectations.
refunds will be made via the website portal and can take up to 10 days to show in your bank account.
